Excellent. First class delivery, communication, prices. Only downside is I think packaging could be stronger.

Delivery well within stated timelines

Crompton LED Opal DET 221mm tube bulb. I am sure these bulbs would work well but it depends on the fitting used. My display cabinet lights won't accept the LED bulbs, so my attempt to change over from tungsten to LED has failed. Crompton and the distributor should probably state that the bulbs may not work with pre-LED fittings. The problem seems to be with the shape of the glass between the tube and the white cylinder leading to the metal contact. It snags on the protective shield at each end of fitting and prevents the bulb contacts touching the contacts inside the fitting. The LED bulbs have a different profile. I have not investigated new fittings to see whether LED bulbs work with them (I am sure they must do) but that would be 8 replacement fittings to buy! So, WARNING, older pre LED fittings may need replacing for LED bulbs to work. But perhaps other manufacturers of these bulbs will be better. Any helpful advice?

The bulbs are good quality and exactly as required. Plus when I inadvertently ordered the wrong ones LightBulbs Direct managed the returns and refund process very efficiently and I received a refund promptly.

I purchased a Sylvania Fluorescent 29" T8 Tube which is scarce and starter which was very reasonably priced. After much searching I was expecting to replace the entire fitting but fortunately found this company.
